Dr. Webb has a General Ophthalmology practice with emphasis on cataract surgery. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

He is a full staff member at Mary Shiels Hospital, 3515 Howell St., Dallas, Tx. 75204 and an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Southwestern Medical School, 1978 - present where he staffs the teaching of cataract surgery.
